- والزقوقو الى بقى في الصفاية نزيد عليه 1 ل من الماء و نحرك وبعد نزيد 400 غ فرينة (طحين او دقيق) ونحرك ونحلها مليح و بعد نصفي الخليط هذا ونزيدو للخليط الاول.
- و نحط على نار هادئة الى متوسطة مع التحريك المستمر كي تبدا تحكم روحها نزيد 300 غ سكر ونكمل نحرك حتى تتعصد ونفرغ في اكواب التقديم.
- بالنسبة للطبقة الفوقانية نستخدم كريمة فنواز او اي كريمة صنع منزلي و التزيين حسب الرغبة.
