2. فى حله غير لاصقه نزلت الماء لحد مايغلى نزلت السكر وقلبت، نزلت الجبنه لحد ما ساحت، هديت النار ونزلت السميد لحد ما تتشكل عجينه متماسكه غير لاصقه نزلت ماء ورد وقلبت وسيبتها تبرد.
3. فردت على الرُخامه ورق زبده وعليها شويه ماء ورد، حطيت العجينه وعليها ورق زبده وفردتها بالنشابه على شكل مستطيل.
4. حطيت الحشو فى طرف العجينه ولفيتها مرتين بس وقطعتها، وكررت كدا مع باقى العجينه، قطعت كل رول لقطع متساويه، دخلتها الثلاجه تقدم بارده😋.
5. ممكن نستخدم حشوه بديله وهى ⬅️ قشطه عربي نزلتها قبل كدا😋.
