- اول شي نضع السكر والماء في طنجرة ونتركهم لحتى يغلو بس يغلو بنزل عليهم الجبنة وما بنحرك الجبنة أبدا لحتى نشوفها ذابت بالماء بنزل كاسة السميد شوي شوي مع التحريك المستمر وبنضل نحرك لحتى نشوفها صارت معنا عجينة متماسكة وبتمط.
- الخطوة الثانية بنستنى شوي على العجينة لتبرد شوي يا دوب دقيقتين بعدها بنمد نايلون وبندهنه قطر وبنحط عليه العجينة وبنرقها مزبوط تكون رقيقة بعدها بنحشيها بالقشطة الى بتكون جهزناها وبنلف العجينة رول وبنتركها بالثلاجة ساعتين.
- القشطة : بنحط لتر حليب بالطنجرة وبس نشوفه بلش بدو يغلي وصار يطلع منه بخار بنزل عليه الخل او الليمون وبنتركه لحتى تفصل القشطة كلها وتصير لون الماء اصفر بعدها بنصفي القشطة وبنتركها تبرد وبعد ما تبرد بنحط عليها علبة قشطة ومعلقتين قطر وهيك بتكون جاهزة.
- الأفضل تكونو مجهزين القشطة قبل بوقت وحاطينها بالثلاجة بس بنفس اليوم يعني قبل العجينة بساعة بس.
