- ثم نحرك الخليط على نار قليلة لكي نتخلص من التكتولات الحليب و نضغط عليه بالسباتو لمدة 15 دقيقة و التحريك مستمر حتى يتجمع الجبن و حده.
- ثم ناخذ علبة و ندهنها بالزيت و ندهن تاني يديا اخذ الجبن و نحول نسقم واجه تاعو ، ثم أضعه في العلبة و نضعه في الثلاجة، ثم نقسم.
